SaleTxt allows you to interact with prospective buyers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and generate really solid leads and enquiries.
You advertise a short code on your property boards and printed materials, which encourages your prospective buyers to send a text message for more information.
The details of the property are immediately sent back to the interested party via text message and picture message, and you're informed of the enquiry via email.
More than that, if the mobile number is assigned to a known contact of your company the system can respond with an email of full property details, and tie in the user with our website marketing.
And if that wasn't enough we can even encourage the user to register requirements with you using text and email, and build up a history of their interest by examining the properties they have looked at.
